Care Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Nobleliveincare. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care support services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and supervise care workers to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
- Conduct assessments and reviews of individual services to ensure our service users receive the best possible care.
- Collaborate with care coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas that align with the specific needs of our service users.
- Monitor and evaluate care worker performance to ensure they are delivering exceptional care.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide training and mentorship to new care workers to ensure their competence and confidence in delivering exceptional care.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will work closely with our care team to ensure the seamless delivery of care services. You will be responsible for supporting care workers, conducting assessments and reviews, and collaborating with care coordinators to plan effective care rotas.
Requirements:- Proven experience in conducting initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users.
- Ability to work in partnership with service users, their families, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and coordinated care.
