Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Advisor to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a Business Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling renewal enquiries and new business enquiries, building excellent relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle renewal enquiries and new business enquiries to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Upsell additional products and services to increase revenue
  • Monitor call backs and follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution
  • Update internal CRM system to track sales performance and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Small amount of experience within Sales/New Business is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in CRM systems
  • Self-motivated to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
