Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Advisor to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a Business Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling renewal enquiries and new business enquiries, building excellent relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle renewal enquiries and new business enquiries to identify sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Upsell additional products and services to increase revenue
- Monitor call backs and follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution
- Update internal CRM system to track sales performance and client interactions
Requirements:
- Small amount of experience within Sales/New Business is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in CRM systems
- Self-motivated to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
