Job Description: Engineering Process Manager

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

This role involves leading a team of engineers and overseeing configuration control for existing and new data. You will ensure that technical documentation meets quality requirements, collaborating with the Configuration Management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of TDP Engineers, overseeing tasks, and assigning work packages.
  • Ensuring accurate configuration control, following BS 8888 standards, and managing CAD, PLM metadata.
  • Delivering high-quality technical documentation, considering design for manufacture and incorporating engineering solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in configuration management, revision control, and linking CAD, PLM, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of drawing standards, engineering quality standards, and geometric tolerances.
  • Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD modelling, assembly, and drawing.
  • Familiarity with technical office processes and standards.
