Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Winsearch. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in their after-care journey, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FIMs, Factory, and Purchasing, to resolve customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to assist with requirements and appointment bookings.
  • Schedule remedial appointments and ensure that all necessary updates are recorded on our in-house system.
  • Work closely with the factory team to ensure that changes and updates are actioned promptly.
  • Follow up on factory shortage reports and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
  • Liaise with fitters and polishers to ensure their availability and schedule appointments accordingly.
  • Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person and ensure that all departmental procedures are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a scheduling team or department would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to deal effectively with complaints on the telephone and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using our in-house system.
