Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead, coach, and develop a team of Construction Managers. This role involves providing direction and focus for the individuals, while understanding business requirements to deliver a construction management technical capability to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Construction Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Talent Enhancement: Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Culture Building: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the department.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree in an engineering, construction, or resource/human resource management discipline.
  • Work Experience: Experience operating within the Engineering/Construction Management/Build Environment field.
  • Leadership Track Record: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
