Business Development Leader

At Priority Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Leader to join our team in shaping the future of apprenticeships and adult learning. As a dynamic leader with a proven track record in lead generation and account management, you will drive impactful opportunities and make a real difference.
Your primary role will be securing new business opportunities, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.You will benefit from:
- A competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, retail benefit scheme, staff well-being day, and access to gym and coffee shop
- A collaborative and friendly work environment
In this role, you will be responsible for winning new business, maintaining existing relationships, and using digital and social media to advertise apprenticeships and courses offered. You will also lead, manage, and develop events to promote apprenticeships, distance learning, and adult learning.
