Spiritual Guidance Support Officer

Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, UK

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to provide spiritual guidance and support to our community. As a Spiritual Guidance Support Officer, you will work closely with the pastor to develop and implement programs that promote spiritual growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pastoral care and counseling to individuals and groups
  • Develop and lead worship services and other spiritual programs
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a strong spiritual foundation, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a multi-faceted environment.

Salary:£48,000 - £58,000 per annum
