About the Role:
Austin Fraser is seeking a Support Teacher Assistant to join our inclusive education team. As a Support Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs, promoting their cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development, and spiritual well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a caring and supportive relationship with pupils to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of pupils.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to the changing needs of pupils and the school environment.

What We're Looking For:
- A GCSE Maths and English qualification Grade 4(C) or above
- Strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
- Experience working with children, young people, or adults with additional needs (advantageous)
