As an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant at Ortus Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of educators who share your commitment to delivering high-quality support to students.

We are seeking a highly motivated and patient individual who can provide tailored assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a new educational environment. Your role will involve working collaboratively with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with mild autism, helping them to overcome daily challenges
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
