Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chaplaincy lead to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pastoral care strategies to support individuals in contact with our service. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with colleagues to deliver compassionate care.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive pastoral care plans to address individual needs
* Provide spiritual support and guidance to patients, families, and staff
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care
* Expand the service's reach and impact through representation in professional networks

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Theology, Existential Pastoral Care, Religious Studies, Counselling, or Applied Psychology
* Proven leadership and management experience in a complex organizational environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
