We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our expert rehabilitation team in our musculoskeletal outpatient care service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of non-complex patients, providing assessments and treatments based on protocols and competencies.
- Work under the guidance of registered therapists and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support timely patient discharge.
- Enable patients and their families to achieve rehabilitation goals through treatment programs developed by Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
