Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge & Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team comprising of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Specialist Nurses & Neuro Rehab assistants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload across the North of Cambridgeshire, with the base located in Peterborough. The role involves visiting patients in their homes, wards, or community gyms, and may require providing clinical cover elsewhere within Cambridgeshire.

Please note that this role requires agile working, often using virtual consultation to manage a caseload. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle, as public transport is not a reliable form of transport for this role.

Main Duties of the Job

You will use your clinical skills and knowledge to shape the service, support others in their development, and work closely with all members of the Multidisciplinary Team. You will be involved in the complaints process and serious incidents reviews as needed.

You will provide comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based specialist neuro Physiotherapy programmes, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
