Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority. As a key member of our HR Policy & Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters across the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, and absence management. You will also have experience of managing litigation and early conciliation COT3s.

In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, line managers, and other stakeholders to resolve employee-related matters. You will also contribute to the development of ER policies and practices to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and FCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, and absence management.
* Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters to HR Business Partners, line managers, and other stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development of ER policies and practices to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and FCA requirements.
* Work closely with HR Business Partners, line managers, and other stakeholders to resolve employee-related matters.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
* Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
* Ability to identify and quantify risks and advise stakeholders accordingly.
* Significant experience of managing litigation and early conciliation COT3s.
