We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Proactively pursue new business leads, building relationships with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Territory Coverage: Manage a designated territory, covering areas such as Enfield, Loughton, Hemel Hempstead, and Potters Bar, with site visits required.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: A proven track record of success in the construction or building products industry, with experience in account management and new business development.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or business administration.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
