Job Title: Regional Account Manager - Business Development Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Hanwha Vision Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a key role in driving business growth and development within the North London region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, including regular visits to customers, A&E contacts, and end-users to identify opportunities for upselling and increasing sales.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities amongst current customers, developing proposals and offers that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • To work closely with our customers to grow and close projects, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • To monitor and achieve set KPIs on targets for key customer accounts, ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding our sales objectives.
  • To stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform and improve our sales strategies.
  • To work collaboratively with our Marketing team to promote our products and services to existing and new customers, through activities such as trade shows, events, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Security industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of the market, main channels, and potential customers, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to Distributors and System Integrators in the region, with a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • A degree-level education in a relevant field (Business or Technical), or equivalent experience and skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal colleagues and external customers at all levels.
  • A clean Driving License and the ability to travel regularly within the North London region.
