About the Role

This role is to support the Meetings and Events team in ensuring all rooms are set up to the departmental standards for conferences and dinner. The successful candidate will work through the night to early morning, with some manual labor involved.

Responsibilities

  • Set up event rooms to hotel standard and according to event sheets
  • Ensure all setup details on function sheets/BEO are carried out and questioned if required
  • Clean and present conference rooms not in use for show rounds
  • Keep storerooms clean and tidy at all times
  • Clear and clean back of house areas, including kitchens and still areas, for the end of the shift
  • Follow company H&S procedures while setting rooms and moving furniture
