About the Role

This position is part of the Meetings and Events team at The Belfry Hotel and Resorts, focusing on ensuring all event rooms are set up to the highest standards. The role requires flexibility, as you will work through the night to early morning hours, including manual labor.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up event rooms to hotel standards and according to event sheets
  • Verifying and completing setup details on function sheets and BEOs, and questioning if necessary
  • Cleaning and presenting conference rooms not in use for show rounds
  • Maintaining clean and tidy storerooms at all times
  • Clearing and cleaning back-of-house areas, including kitchens and still areas, at the end of each shift
  • Following company H&S procedures while setting rooms and moving furniture

Working hours will range from 6pm at night to 5am in the morning, Monday to Sunday.
