About the Role

This position supports the Meetings and Events team in ensuring all rooms are set up to departmental standards for conferences and dinners. The role requires working through the night to early morning and involves manual labor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up event rooms to hotel standards and according to event sheets
  • Ensuring all setup details on function sheets and BEOs are carried out and questioned if necessary
  • Cleaning and presenting conference rooms not in use for show rounds
  • Maintaining storerooms in a clean and tidy state
  • Clearing and cleaning back-of-house areas, including kitchens and still areas, at the end of the shift
  • Following company H&S procedures while setting rooms and moving furniture

Working hours range from 6pm at night to 5am in the morning, Monday to Sunday.
