**Job Title:** Waking Night Support Worker
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group.
**About the Role:** As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide waking night support to our young people, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred plans, ensuring the needs and preferences of our young people are at the forefront of all decision-making.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as therapeutic approaches, behaviour management, and safeguarding.
**Requirements:**
- Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent
- Experience in a residential childcare environment (desirable)
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Driver's license (with access to company vehicle)
