About the Role

This position is part of the Meetings and Events team at The Belfry Hotel and Resorts, focusing on ensuring all event rooms are set up to the highest standards. The role requires flexibility, including working through the night and early morning hours, as well as manual labor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up event rooms to hotel standards and according to event sheets
  • Ensuring all setup details on function sheets and BEOs are completed and verified
  • Cleaning and presenting conference rooms not in use for show rounds
  • Maintaining tidy storerooms at all times
  • Clearing and cleaning back-of-house areas, including kitchens and still areas, at the end of each shift
  • Following company H&S procedures while setting rooms and moving furniture

Working hours range from 6pm at night to 5am in the morning, Monday to Sunday.
