Current Opportunity: Paediatric Caregiver - Night Shifts

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide overnight care for a young male client with tracheostomy, ventilation, nebulization, and PEG-feeding. This role requires a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and compassionate care to our paediatric client throughout the night shift.
  • Assist with tracheostomy, ventilation, nebulization, and PEG-feeding procedures as required.
  • Monitor the client's vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team.
  • Create a safe and comfortable environment for the client.
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities and provide emotional support.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in providing care to children with complex medical needs is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts.
