Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Caregiver to join our team of compassionate professionals. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalized care plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in providing compassionate care, preferably in a hospice or palliative care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with individuals facing life-limiting illnesses.
