Shift Coordinator

Princes Limited is seeking a skilled Shift Coordinator to join our team. As a Shift Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring maximum utilisation of resources and equipment to achieve efficient production of Right First Time products.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the team in achieving daily/weekly production plan demand.
• Proactively manage the team to meet production targets and ensure operational flexibility.
• Ensure the safety of our people and products, and maintain product Food Safety, Legality, Integrity, Authenticity and Quality standards.
• Develop a team working and continuous improvement culture, and encourage employees to actively drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and assist in capital expenditure projects, and ensure company and site processes and procedures are followed.
Requirements
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with others, lead self and others, and deliver results through others.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to plan and organise.
• IT literate, including SAP skills, and management and leadership skills.
• Competent in I.O.S.H.H. and Food Safety Level 3, and company policy/procedure knowledge.
