We are looking for a talented Head of Business Development to join our team and help us achieve our business objectives.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal and professional services industries, as well as experience in creating and utilizing audio and video content for marketing and sales purposes.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £26,500 per annum, based on market conditions and the requirements of the role.
Main Objectives:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Enhance our brand presence through innovative audio and video content.
- Make informed decisions using sales data and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
