Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients on Ward L5.

Main Responsibilities

As a Nursing Associate, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver planned care and achieve the highest standards of patient care. Your duties will include:

  • Providing direct patient care and support
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve patient outcomes
  • Participating in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities
  • Developing effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • NVQ level 3 plus diploma (foundation degree)
  • NMC registration
  • Experience of working in an acute hospital environment or community setting
  • Knowledge of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate and the importance of following procedures and treatment plans
