Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursing Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing planned care and delivering high standards of patient care within our intermediate care unit.
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Developing effective relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.
- Supporting and supervising nursing associate students, other learners, and healthcare support workers as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records and corporate records.
