We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team on Ward L5 at Salford Royal Care Organisation, part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing planned care and delivering high standards of patient care.
- Develop effective relationships with patients, relatives, and carers, and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Support, supervise, and assess nursing associate students, other learners, and healthcare support workers as required.
- Maintain high standards of quality in corporate and clinical record keeping.
- NVQ level 3 plus diploma (foundation degree)
- NMC registration
- Understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate and the importance of following procedures and treatment plans.
- Ability to take part in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
