Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities

As a Nursing Associate, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide planned care and support to patients on Ward L5. Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and support
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Participating in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities
  • Developing effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting and supervising nursing associate students and other learners

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

  • NVQ level 3 plus diploma (foundation degree)
  • NMC registration
  • Understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with people and teams
