We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursing Associate, you will be responsible for providing planned care and delivering the highest standards of patient care within our 24-bedded Ageing and Complex Medical Ward. You will work closely with our healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and support.
Requirements- NVQ level 3 plus diploma (foundation degree)
- NMC registration
You will also be required to have experience of working in an acute hospital environment or community setting, as well as a Nursing Associate qualification at level 4. Experience of working with patients with acute medical patients would be an advantage.
