About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Manager to join our team at Epsilon. This role will be responsible for supporting and administering the sales compensation plan for multiple Lines of Business.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales compensation, with a strong understanding of sales compensation systems and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer sales compensation plans for multiple Lines of Business
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes to sales compensation plans
  • Develop and maintain reports to track sales performance and compensation metrics
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales compensation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with sales compensation systems, such as Xactly Incent
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

Epsilon offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team of experts in the field of sales compensation.
