About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estate Agent Manager to lead our sales team in Wakefield. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all departments to uphold the Company's interests consistently
  • Develop and review a strategic growth plan for the valuation business
  • Conduct sales valuations effectively
  • Drive cross-sales of financial services and conveyancing opportunities through team efforts
  • Maintain market knowledge and competitor analysis, prioritizing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Consistent experience leading a Sales Team within the property sector
  • Proven ability to coordinate between departments and report to senior management effectively
  • Track record of driving cross-sales and business development

Salary: £33,000+ OTE
