Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Vanta Staffing High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing profitability across multiple sectors.
Job Description- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum plus commission (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
- Holidays: 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and birthday off
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in the corporate promotional merchandise sector and excellent communication and presentation skills. They will also have a strong understanding of European and Far East supply chains and be able to deliver on large and complex projects.
Responsibilities- Implement growth strategies for existing accounts
- Develop account plans and report to sales manager monthly
- Build client proposals, presentations and quotes and present to external stakeholders
- Manage one account executive effectively
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems
- Target-driven with a background of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience dealing with high-profile clients
- Knowledge of European and Far East supply chains
