We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our Corporate department at AVENSYS CONSULTING (UK) LTD.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to utilise your administrative expertise to provide exceptional support to lawyers in the corporate department. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, maintaining accurate records, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and disseminate important documents and correspondence to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between lawyers, clients, and other departments.
  • Maintain secure and organised electronic files and filing systems.
  • Support lawyers with daily tasks, including file management, compliance, and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate client billing, WIP management, and debt collection.
  • Organise travel arrangements and accommodation for partners and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the National Head of the Corporate department.
  • Carry out additional duties as needed.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
