Imaginera is a leading provider of solutions for the insurance industry, and we are seeking a Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team in Oxford.
**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Exec team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Schedule meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Manage and coordinate actions from meetings and correspondence
- Contribute to various projects being run by the Exec team
- Arrange travel and submit expense reports
- Liaise with teams to handle requests and resolve queries
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proven IT skills and technical literacy
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good organisation and time management skills
**What We Offer:**
