**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Exec team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule meetings with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage and coordinate actions from meetings and correspondence
  • Contribute to various projects being run by the Exec team
  • Arrange travel and submit expense reports
  • Liaise with teams to handle requests and resolve queries

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Proven IT skills and technical literacy
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good organisation and time management skills
