Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our B2B team in Milton Park.
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in processing and scheduling B2B orders, preparing reports for stakeholders, and liaising with customers.
You will work closely with the B2B Sales, Commercial Planning, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, a retail/B2B background, and excellent communication skills.
- Process confirmed customer orders by entering orders into the system, liaising with Commercial Planning to match to stock, and sending to warehouse for dispatch and invoicing.
- Track order statuses and feed back to B2B Sales team on progress and likely shipping dates.
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure timely despatch of orders within agreed internal SLA.
- Provide Finance Team with relevant information to raise proforma invoices and produce final financial and commercial invoices once orders have shipped.
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
About You
- Educated to 'GCSE' standard.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Retail/B2B background and/or customer service experience.
- Export understanding would be advantageous.
- Numerical, logical, and accurate with good attention to detail even under pressured environment.
