We are seeking an Onsite Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing shift fulfillment, managing worker sign-in/out processes, and supporting accurate and timely payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee shift fulfillment to meet customer Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage the worker sign-in/out process and documentation.
  • Support accurate and timely payroll processes for customer submissions.
  • Resolve worker queries regarding pay and general issues promptly.
  • Aid the recruitment team with local attraction and recruitment activities.
  • Handle the induction, onboarding, and engagement of new starters.
  • Provide HR support for issue management and formal case management.
  • Complete necessary reporting and participate in meetings and briefings.
  • Maintain training and systems records.
  • Address worker attendance issues and implement follow-up actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and systems.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with team members, workers, and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, systems, and processes.
Requirements
  • You will need to be organised to support fast paced and ongoing recruitment demands.
  • Resilient and able to cope in a high pressured and demanding role.
  • Have exceptional people skills to build rapport with onsite managers, onsite temps and the Northampton recruitment teams.
  • Physically fit enough to be able to walk on your feet all day because the warehouse site is very large and will require lots of walking.
  • Have no long holiday or annual leave pre booked for the duration of the contract.
  • Able to commit to 2 weeks Monday - Friday fully paid training in our Reed Northampton head office at Brackmills prior to commencing the onsite work.
  • You will be given Christmas Day and Boxing Day off as holiday but the rest of the week between Christmas and New Year is to be confirmed.
