We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as a Head of Sales and Business Development.
About the RoleThis is a key leadership position, reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, and will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for our Frontier decision intelligence product.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling our business across sectors, developing partnerships with cloud and other channels, and expanding our reach.
This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with our product team, solution engineers, and wider organisation to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales of Frontier across sectors, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Support testing of new channels and commercial propositions
- Grow channel partnerships to expand our reach
- Develop and lead a sales team to scale our impact
- Highly experienced in complex enterprise sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience building and managing a sales team
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, from inception to close and growth
- Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to bring in the best of Faculty expertise from across BD, tech, data science, and product to win deals
- Ability to challenge customers and shape strategic direction to position Faculty as trusted advisors
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships that develop pipeline and close deals
- Strong intuitive understanding of what customers need and expect from Faculty
