Head of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales team and drive new business opportunities in the luxury interior fit-out market in London.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, architects, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training to maximise performance.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to define sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Drive the development of tailored sales proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the company's capabilities.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Proven track record in high-end interior sales, business development, and account management within the luxury design and construction industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the main contractor sector and a successful history of securing new business and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on empowering and inspiring a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with a creative and solution-oriented approach to sales and client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex design concepts and project requirements.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a commitment to upholding high standards of service excellence and client satisfaction.
