Head of Sales and Business Development

This is an exciting opportunity to join Joyce Guiness Limited as a Head of Sales for our bespoke design and interiors division. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our global sales operations and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will be data-driven, with a strong understanding of B2B sales and a talent for motivating people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or interiors industry
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing teams
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and data analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
