Job Title: Head of Sales Bespoke Design and Interiors

This is an exciting opportunity to join Joyce Guiness Limited as a Head of Sales for our bespoke design and interiors division. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our global sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or interiors industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business 1 and/or Power BI is a plus
