Client Success Expert

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Expert to join our team in London. As a key member of our client-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving the adoption and expansion of our solutions.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and identify opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include developing subject matter expertise across our range of solutions, conducting thorough client needs assessments, and creating customized plans to meet those needs. You will also lead project deliverables from pre-sales teams, manage client timelines and SLAs, and recognize revenue from services delivered.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in client success, sales, consulting, or a similar client-facing role. A client-centric mindset, financial markets knowledge, relationship-building skills, analytical skills, project management experience, communication skills, and technical proficiency are essential qualifications for this position.
