Circana, a global leader in consumer behaviour, is seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to work closely with premier retailers across the EMEA region. As an expert in client engagement, you will drive adoption, training, and insights for our Liquid Data Engage solution.

Liquid Data Engage is a collaborative platform that integrates retailer data assets with ours to deliver curated insights and recommended actions for customer-centric success. Your key responsibilities include assisting with content delivery, exceeding revenue goals, and utilizing creativity to identify new techniques and processes.

We are looking for a highly collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to build relationships. With 2-3 years of experience working with retailers in the FMCG space, you will be responsible for providing restatement project leadership, coordinating issue resolution, and delivering client training initiatives.

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong Microsoft Office 365 and CRM skills, and a passion for continuous learning and growth, we encourage you to apply.
