About the Role

We are seeking a Chief People Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Professional to drive positive change and foster a culture of belonging and engagement within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring operational business partners, building a proactive, high-performing team focused on value-adding interventions. They will also drive key people projects, ensuring they are successfully embedded across the organisation and adopted by colleagues and volunteers.

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 32 days of holiday, increasing to 35 days with long service, plus the option to purchase up to 10 additional days through our Holiday Plus scheme.
