Key Account Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with major players in the UK Convenience market.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to drive sales and profit growth.
- Negotiate and manage account terms to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer plans.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in FMCG with a strong preference for experience in the Convenience channel. You'll have a commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to uncovering opportunities and confidence in presenting to both customers and internal stakeholders.
**Benefits:**
Buckinghamshire location (remote 2 days a week)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
