Head of Key Account Management

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Customer Success team in High Wycombe. As the Head of Customer Success/Key Accounts, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 account managers and account executives, developing and implementing processes to optimise efficiency, and driving customer success within a KAM team.
The successful candidate will have a highly commercial mindset, strong people management experience, and a hands-on approach to driving success with top-tier clients personally. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and providing proactive support and issue resolution.
Apart from a competitive salary of around £72,500 - £82,500 per year, plus bonus, the company offers a great work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
