Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our retail team at John Lewis High Wycombe and drive business growth through strategic partnerships with clients.

About the Role

The Account Director will be responsible for leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional results and developing individual talents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results and develop individual talents.
  • Create a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters positive team dynamics.
  • Identify, address, and manage employee relations issues with support from the Retail Development Manager.
  • Communicate brand vision and business challenges to the team, empowering them while holding them accountable.
  • Possess solid knowledge of the brand and share it with clients and the team.

What We Offer
