Austin Fraser, a leading recruitment agency in Marlow, Bucks, is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth and nurturing client relationships while developing business development and key account management programmes to increase sales, develop customer relations, and provide innovative solutions in line with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Developing a sales forecast, setting business development, and key account strategies for assigned accounts in line with the business strategy.
- Prospecting, selling, and securing orders/receivables from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based approach to key account penetration.
- Developing a key account strategy for existing customers that enhance existing revenue and margins by introducing new products that expand the business relationship, optimising pricing & repeat orders.
- Introducing innovations to existing and prospective customers and acting as a key advisor in helping them select solutions best suited to their needs.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing, logistics, accounting, and technical support to deliver projects on time.
- Increasing sales volumes with maximum profitability in assigned accounts.
- Networking and using marketing and business resources to discover new prospects and determine their potential.
- Developing business proposals that clearly and effectively position the value-added products and services.
- Managing CRM to ensure data reflects results, potential, and activity.
- Supervising, developing, mentoring, and motivating staff, taking an active lead in a specific sales office, and providing overall management support.
- Controlling account costs within established budgets.
- Serving as a sales expert, owner of key accounts, and strategic sales results.
The ideal candidate should have:
Requirements- A graduate with a minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience.
- Key account management ideally in the beauty packaging sector.
- IT tools and platforms that enable sales success, such as CRM, are a plus.
Our competitive salary package includes £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
