We are seeking a driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Essex, where you will play a crucial role in selling our clients' stapling and energy devices. As a key member of our sales team, your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with stakeholders in secondary care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase our products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care while building enduring connections.
  • Craft comprehensive business plans for your territory, pinpointing growth opportunities as a priority.
  • Cultivate and enhance customer accounts, taking ownership of the relationship between the company and the customer.
  • Develop strong networks of relationships to identify mutually beneficial sales opportunities.
  • Present compelling brand value propositions and innovative solutions to influence purchasing behaviours.
  • Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans, harnessing key systems and data to uncover customer needs.
