Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing your assigned territory and developing strategies to enhance Candela's business in the region.
- Manage your assigned territory, develop strategies to enhance Candela's business, identify KOLs, acquire new customers, manage existing business, launch new products, achieve sales quota, segment the market, and define key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales policy in your territory, present all Candela products in a professional, knowledgeable, and sincere manner, interact professionally with physicians, allied healthcare personnel, and other lasers users, pay attention to competitor's actions, and report information relating to them and the rest of the market.
- Use the forecast tool to analyze and follow customer portfolios, work closely with Key Market Managers EMEA to determine sales requirements, put all sales reports into the sales tool.
- Responsible for customer calls, manage customer talks, work closely with Key Market Managers EMEA to decide benefits and specific efforts to retain customers, analyze and monitor benefits of your actions, manage your budget, submit weekly reports, expense reports, quarterly reports, and forecasts updates in a timely manner.
- Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical, capable of performing clinical in-service on all products, follow up on all company-generated leads, represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences, and conventions, manage all workshop logistics and agenda.
- Inform customers about existing and new Candela products, offer Candela's services policy, ensure our relationship with customers thrives, suggest events organization with Marketing, propose attendees for congresses.
- Interact with other departments to collect and share information about our customers, report significant data into the sales tool SalesForce, follow main sales indicators: revenues of the sector, market share, revenues versus Budget, qualitative developments of individual goals.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2-3 years medical sales experience, with quota and top-10% performance.
- At least 1-year experience in Aesthetics industry.
- Desire to sell capital equipment with a market Leader, with top compensation.
- BS/BA degree or higher preferred, or equivalent proven experience in the medical/aesthetic devices sector.
- Native English speaker or full professional proficiency in English language required.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
