We produce up to 200 cars annually at our Peterborough site, catering to a global network of over 30 dealers across 23 countries. Our team of engineers designs and tests new concepts, while our production teams machine, fabricate, laminate, engine build, sub-assemble, and dyno sign off every Radical car produced. Our Sales and Race Series Team operates from our Donington Park Office.

Job Description:

In this senior role, you will join our Senior Management Team and lead the expansion of our dealer network to meet sales and after-sales targets. You will identify growth opportunities and support the future development of our UK Race Series. This position is based at our corporate HQ at Donington Park, requiring significant UK and International travel, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the Radical dealer network by identifying and engaging with potential new dealers in new markets.
  • Support our existing dealer partners in setting and achieving sales targets through regular reviews of tailored business and marketing plans.
  • Research regional and global trends, reporting to the CCO to shape commercial strategy and create new business opportunities.
  • Directly involved in the recruitment of new dealer partners in unrepresented geographical areas, managing their appointment, training, support, technical resources, and business growth.
  • Support the development of the UK Race Series, serving as a benchmark to replicate globally.
  • Expect significant international travel and occasional out-of-hours work.
  • Influence Business and Product Strategy from a Commercial standpoint.
  • Contribute to Senior Management Team meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Solid commercial background leading to a 1st or 2nd senior sales role.
  • Degree-level education, strong verbal/written communication, and numerical skills.
  • Technical appreciation of vehicles and motorsport experience.
  • Sound commercial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and professional appearance.
  • Experience in setting up franchisees and selling via a franchise dealer network.
  • Passport, UK right to work, driving license, and own vehicle.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic with a keen personal interest in Motorsport.
  • Self-starter, logical, organized (project driven), deadline-oriented, and team player.
  • Inspiring, motivational, and collaborative team member with positive energy.
